PATRICK Agility pole is a 2 piece pole with a sprung steel spring & nickel plated steel screw base. 1800mm in height. Agility poles can be used for a variety of different fitness training drills, speed & agility, defensive drills & reflexes for all types of sports. Coaches & trainers can also use them to mark out boundary\’s & positions.
