Fair Play Sports & Outdoor wants all customers to be satisfied with all their purchases from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the product to us in its original condition within seven (7) days of receipt. Fair Play Sports & Outdoor will replace, refund or exchange your item providing the original product packaging is not torn, broken or missing, or has not been used, labelled or worn.

If you would like to return a product for exchange or refund please phone our office on 0401 206 931 or email sales@fairplaysports.com.au to receive a return authorisation number. In some instances a re-stocking fee may apply, this will be advised at the time of your enquiry. You will be responsible for ensuring the item you are returning is packaged securely and is returned to Fair Play Sports & Outdoor in the condition you received it.

Custom Products 

Fair Play Sports & Outdoor will not accept returns for custom made products or made to order products unless such custom made order made to order products are faulty or do not conform to specifications.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, incorrect or you are missing an item from your order you must notify our office within three (7) days of receiving your products. Please phone 0401 206 931 or email sales@fairplaysports.com.au with your name and address and your order/invoice number. Fair Play Sports & Outdoor will not accept returns for products that have been damaged after delivery. All returns must be authorised by Fair Play Sports & Outdoor.

Fair Play Sports & Outdoor aims to provide quality products. However, if an item is faulty, please notify us and we replace it or refund your purchase price. If the returned item is found not to be faulty you can opt to have your item returned to you – the return shipping may be at your expense or if preferred a credit voucher to the amount of the original purchase (minus postage cost) may be issued.
